Backup has failed or has run and ended with an error. This could possibly be due to a network error.
Action:
- Inform dmsave if you are aware of a possible cause of the error.
- If it is the first time in the past 14 days that the backup fails, the next backup will be awaited, to see if it also fails.
- If backup of the node has failed several times, logs should be sent to support@dmsave.com in correspondence with the procedure mentioned below.
- Check if necessary in Oversigt.pdf that there is a message regarding database backup and that it covers the number of databases chosen for backup
- If the data in mention, is of business critical data, we recommend that a manual backup of these is initiated.
